At Creative Garden, we help all children to become school-ready — providing them with a wide range of skills and dispositions that promote confident and competent learners. As early childhood teachers, we have a role in empowering children and their families by promoting the necessary knowledge and resources to make this successful.

We work closely with primary teachers in our local areas, developing relationships and discovering more about the knowledge, skills and attitudes that ensure children will be successful in their learning while they are at school.

A large part of being ready for school is having the necessary social skills. We take pride in our stance and effective approach which enables our tamariki to flourish and excel along their journey of being ready for school.

We are not just here to prepare your child for school – we are committed to getting your child ‘Ready for Life’. Ready for Life means giving your child a robust foundation of confidence, self-awareness and self-mastery no matter the challenges which they may face.

They’ll be given skills that will help them make good decisions, have empathy for others, and to find joy in the little things. Their positive sense of themselves as learners and individuals will play a fundamental role across all facets of life. Their resilience skills will also play an important role as they continue to enter the unknown.
